This team was the core program team recently implemented the E2E Greenfield OFSAA and Oracle EPM and ERP transformation at Insurance Major in Sydney Australia with a massive budget of $100 Million. Implemented Oracle suite includes OIDF, DIH, AAI, AHC , IAA, ,IAM, AHCS , AARF, OACS, ARCS,ORMB, Fusion, PBCS, FCCS, & Narrative reporting. This is the first time in the entire world such a E2E Oracle suite with all these modules has been implemented. This team was responsible Business Case, RFP, Vendor Management, Scope Definition, Business Requirements, Technical Requirements and overseeing design , build & production implementation of all above modules till post production support arrangement.
